Cancellation Policy
Cancelations or rescheduled appointments made with 24 hours notice will be refunded their service fee. Appointments cannot be re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the time of your service appointment forfeit their appointment payment.
All refund payments will be made within 7 days of the time of re-scheduling or cancellations, when applicable.
