Cancellation Policy

Cancelations or rescheduled appointments made with 24 hours notice will be refunded their service fee. Appointments cannot be re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the time of your service appointment will be refunded 50% of their booking fee. No shows forfeit their appointment payment. All refund payments will be made within 7 days of the time of re-scheduling or cancellations, when applicable.
