Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of cabinets, trim materials, and hardware supplied by Cabinet Depot. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and extends to the original purchaser only.

Duration: The warranty period for cabinets and trim materials is 3 months, starting from the date of purchase. Lifetime warranty on hardware (drawer glides and door hinges)

What's Covered:

The Company warrants that the cabinets, trim materials, and hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any parts or components that are found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers the cost of labor and materials required to rectify any covered defects.

What's Not Covered:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations to the cabinets, trim materials, or hardware.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or changes in appearance over time.

Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental conditions.

Damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions provided by Cabinet Depot.

Any modifications or alterations made to the cabinets, trim materials, or hardware by parties other than Cabinet Depot.

Making a Claim: To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and notify Cabinet Depot of the alleged defect within the warranty period. The Company reserves the right to inspect the items to determine the validity of the claim.

Resolution: If the defect is covered under this warranty, Cabinet Depot will, at its discretion, repair or replace the cabinets, trim materials, or hardware or the defective parts without charge. Cabinet Depot may choose to refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective items or parts thereof, as specified above. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the items.

Transferability: This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the cabinets, trim materials, and hardware.
